NuArt Sculpture Park is a gallery and museum that shows the work of sculptor Nyoman Nuarta. Here you can enjoy Nyoman Nuarta’s artwork, from the beginning of his career to his newest works.

Nyoman Nuarta’s Profile
Nyoman Nuarta is Indonesia’s most famous contemporary sculptor. His works have been spread in many countries such as Singapore, the Philippines, Australia, Spain, Indonesia, and many other places. Born in Bali, Nuarta has been actively producing artworks since he was in college. His started making his name after he won the Indonesian Proklamator Monument Competition in 1979, just before he graduated from ITB.
After that, Nuarta produced many monumental works in Indonesia. He is an artist who made the Arjuna Wijaya statue in Jakarta. He is the one who created the statue of Jalesveva Jayamahe, a 60-meter-high bronze statue at the Indonesian Naval Headquarters. Nyoman Nuarta’s most spectacular work is of course the Garuda Wisnu Kencana Monument in Bali.
Museums and galleries
In the Museum and gallery, you can see Nyoman Nuarta’s work from the beginning of his career to his latest. This gallery also provides a special place for young artists who need more exposure. The senior artwork displayed here is curated by senior artists such as Asikin Hasan, Jim Supangkat, Eko Supriyanto, Putu Fajar Arcana, FX Widaryanto, and Putu Wijaya.
The gallery plans to hold four exhibitions throughout the programming year. The NuArt Gallery also opens to work together and collaborate with various other organizations. NuArt Gallery has held many events which involves general public. This was done to increase public awareness and interest in art.
The Park
At this location there is a park that combines natural beauty and artistic sculpture. Various sculptures by Nyoman Nuarta are displayed under the shady trees. This place is so relaxing that small children are happy playing in the area. For adults and art lovers, this place can be an ideal location to do artistic contemplation.
This Park also often hold art performances such as music, dance, and theater. This park is very open to anyone who wants to use it for the community, wants to be able to show off, they can use it by calling curators.

NuArt Park has quite complete facilities for art lovers. This place has indoor and outdoor theater that can be used as a place for senior art performances. You can also see Nyoman Nuarta’s workshops. In this place, you can learn about how Nyoman Nuarta made large statues with the help of his workers.
NuArt Park Also features an exclusive cafe and lounge. The interiors and decorations of N-Cafe and Copper and Brass Cafe are very artistic, as you would expect. You can have a cup of coffee here with your friends, while enjoying the artistic atmosphere throughout the area.
Location and ticket
NuArt Park is located on Jl. Setraduta Raya Blok L 6, Ciwaruga, Parongpong, West Bandung Regency. This place is quite easy to reach with any mode of transportation from the city of Bandung. Tickets to enter this place are IDR 25,000 for children and students. For adults, the ticket price is IDR 50,000 per person.
This park is opened from 09.00 a.m. at 05.00 p.m. on Sunday to Thursday. For Fridays and Saturdays, this park open from 09.00 am to 9 pm. NuArt Park also serves various activities for students such as short courses, string art, clay arts, paper mask paintings, and sandalwood paintings.
